RELEASE OF “KISAN SAMRIDDHI" BRAND IN KVK’S ZONAL WORKSHOP 2022

Release of “Kisan Samriddhi” brand of ATARI Zone XI, Bengaluru was done in Zonal workshop of KVK’s 2022 held at University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Idukki from 1995 works for the farming community of Idukki district. Idukki district is the spice bowl of Kerala, mainly Small cardamom, Black pepper, Nutmeg, Cloves, Cinnamon and alike. Since past 25 years Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Idukki mainly focus on the upliftment of Spice farmers with latest innovative technologies. Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Idukki has initiated the registration and received the trademarking for the brand named “Kisan Samriddhi” in 5 classes in the name of The Director, ATARI, Zone XI, Bengaluru. The logo was designed as per the norms and condition by KVK Idukki. Sushri Shobha Karandlaje, Honorable Minister of State Agriculture and farmer’s welfare, Government of India, New Delhi released the logo of Kisan Samriddhi during the Annual Zonal workshop of KVK’s held at UAS, Dharwad on 19.06.2022. A Kisan Samriddhi Spice box developed by Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Idukki comprising different spices from Idukki district was also released during the event.
